Personal/ Small Group Training
If you have a specific goal, need guidance on your technique, want to learn something new, or seek an extra boost in your workouts, personal training is an excellent choice for you. With personalized attention from the instructor, each session will be tailored to meet your unique needs. Our sessions can include weight training, mobility exercises, boxing, cardio (both low and high impact), as well as flexibility.

Additionally, we offer small group training for those who prefer to work out with a partner, friends, family, or colleagues.
Mat and Reformer Pilates*
Are you interested in Pilates sessions, learning how to use a reformer or would like to build your core strength? We provide private sessions for both mat and reformer Pilates, in addition to small group mat Pilates classes.
Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. It focuses on proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance. Reformer Pilates is generally more intense than mat Pilates, as it adds resistance to the Pilates exercises. The muscles are worked through a large range of motion that will help build and tone the muscles as well as increase stability throughout the joints.
Workout Plans
Are you feeling a bit uninspired by your current workout routine? Do you need fresh ideas for the gym? Wouldn't it be convenient to open an app and find your workout already planned? This option might be perfect for you. We can design your workouts as a one-time session, for 8 weeks, 12 weeks, or as an ongoing program tailored to help you achieve your goals. You can complete these workouts at your own pace, whether at the gym or at home, as they will be customized to fit your lifestyle.
